Planning and Running a Conference

There are five stages to conducting a successful video conference. At each of these a number of tasks should take place to ensure that conferences are effective in delivering content and interaction.

These stages are:

  • Well Before the Conference
  • Week Before the Conference
  • Just Before the Conference
  • During the Conference
  • After the Conference

As part of conference planning you may wish to download and print the following document which includes a tickable checklist.
