Consider purchasing a document reader to enable switching between the videoconference camera image and a high definition image from documents and objects placed on the document reader.

Using Digital Documents
Some videoconference cameras have the facility to switch between a computer image and the videoconference camera image so that presentation material can be prepared on a computer screen beforehand.
Testing Materials
Test the presentation materials beforehand to ensure they are legible, strongly contrasting, bold and simple.
Connecting to a mirror site or a trusted partner can usefully do this.
